OUR AGREEMENT AND UNDERSTANDING TERMS

All payments are only in US dollars. A deposit (non-refundable) or more is required for all work (varies on animals and/or humans). Certain circumstances may require some work to have the complete cost paid in advance before work will begin or before it is finished & the customer will be notified if this is required. Any balance due at completion time must be paid in full. Any and all work due to backlog will not be finished before its position that it was received unless otherwise authorized. The customer agrees to pay the balance due the mount/work within 30 days after notification of completion. Work will be stored after the 30-day notification until 90 days of completion notification, then the mount/work will be forfeited and repressed by That Dead Guy LLC to be disposed of or sold.
Taxidermist and/or company (That Dead Guy LLC) will not be held responsible for the theft, fire, flood, vandalism, tanning, hair slippage, or any other loss or damage. Having no control over the specimen before it is received by us and in view of the many factors, which have a very definite effect on the final result of dressing. These include, but are not limited to; primeness, general condition of the specimen, climatic conditions, and chemical reactions. We cannot guarantee the results of any mounted specimen. The customer agrees to pay any cost or expense including any & all legal expenditures, collection enforcement costs, or any other costs associated with the customer's work/specimen. The decision and discretion of the taxidermist is binding and absolute and shall apply in any situation, in any disagreements or conflicts, and for any fee assessment. 

 

There is a 30-day return policy set after pick up or delivery date. Returns are subject to the conditions of the specimen when it is shipped back.
